SUPER NOVA lOG 11/2

Today was the first regular class after the team participated in their first practice tournament. The practice tournament was a valuable experience for the team, and they made a lot of progress with the missions, while also getting some useful feedback from the judges.
​In response to that feedback, today we worked heavily on researching solar energy to develop our project. The team learned a great amount about how the technology works, and its shortcomings. They decided to focus on reducing the waste associated with solar energy, and in the future will investigate battery technology  and solar cell production with help from a solar expert.
