Kalai Sankar
Kalai Sankar is the founder and head Instructor of Shiva Robotics Academy. With her ingenious skills in programming and passion to work with children, she has created a wide spread mass awareness about the importance of Robotics Education for young children. She and the staffs trained by her, are playing a pivotal role in imparting quality hands-on Robotics skills to more than 500 students in various Title1 schools. Thanks to her innovative outreach programs, enrollment of girls in STEM classes is booming every year. She is a philanthropist with keen interest on uplifting rural education in developing countries.
She is the operational partner for the junior Robotics Education program in Northeast Florida. She won the Best Robotics Coach of the State of Florida Award in 2015 and has won the hearts of all her students, for a very long time now!
