To be eligible students must:
- Be 16 - 21 years old
- Be enrolled in a Duval County high school, GED program, technical school, or college
- Have at least a 2.0 GPA
- Completion of Mandatory Career Assessment (access granted after proof of grades received)
- Successfully complete screening process
